Ivo Trajkov: Film Is Larger Than Life

Today at Manaki Cinema director and producer Ivo Trajkov held a workshop about the making of Film. This is a road movie in which Trajkov drives a car while making videos of himself, or more precisely, he is both the actor and the director of this piece.

“I would like to tell my younger colleagues, filmmakers who say they have brilliant ideas, but have no budget to implement them – borrow a camera, start shooting, you do not need money. I made this screening to prove that it is possible to make a film without a budget. I only had this car. I had a small team because there was not a lot of room in the car for other people. I acted and directed. I had the idea, the freedom in the making of this road film. The idea was to show that wherever you go, you cannot escape yourself. Film is larger than life”, Trajkov told the audience in Manaki Cinema.
